Refund and Returns Policy

At Herbal Med Hub, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. For safety and regulatory reasons, certain categories of goods cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Opened or used health and personal care items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

Return Requirements

To complete your return, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without proper authorization may not be eligible for refund.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Products that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Opened media products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a standard processing timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will send a gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary. For valuable orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
